Update 1.01- Minor bugfixes and a pause menu

Hello everyone!
For the past two weeks I have been ironing out some of the problems the app had and streamlined the interaction. I added a centralized pause menu as well instead of all the shortcut activated menus. Lastly, the volume of all dialogues was improved, and there is now an option to control the volume of music and the dialogue itself.
I'll keep on adding stuff like this, so stay tuned
